To access the room , you will need to install a very small (one time) download of the Voice Client (iVocalize) to be able to log into the room. This Voice Client software will install automatically when you access the room. Be sure to accept any notifications and allow the Client to install.

After you logged-in:

If you have a microphone, simply press and hold the (Left Side) "Control" key to speak.
No microphone? No problem, we do have text chat capability. Simply type in the "Text Chat" area provided (bottom right section of the webinar page) and press your "enter key" on your keyboard to display your text message. Please make sure you are sending the message to all particapants by selecting "Everyone" from the pull-down box (located just above the text section).
